Purchase terms

These terms apply to digital Field Guides purchased from Spec Up, operated by Red and Black Group Pty Ltd. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Product and price

Each Field Guide is supplied as a digital PDF. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST. The order review and Stripe checkout show the total payable before payment is submitted.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. After payment is confirmed, a protected download is made available on the order-confirmation page. Please contact us if the download cannot be accessed.

Licence

Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for you and your organisation to use the PDF internally. You may save and print reasonable working copies. You must not resell, publicly distribute, upload, republish or adapt the guide for commercial distribution without written permission from Spec Up.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a guide is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be supplied, contact us so that an appropriate remedy can be provided. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after a digital guide has been delivered.

Professional use

The Field Guides provide general industry information. They are not project-specific architectural, engineering, legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for professional judgement, checking current requirements and obtaining appropriate specialist advice.

Privacy

Information associated with a purchase is handled in accordance with the Spec Up Privacy Policy. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Spec Up.
